Ingrédients

  • 6 belles figues fraîches bien mûres
  • 250 g de mozzarella di buffala
  • 1 gousse d’ail pressée
  • le jus d’un demi citron
  • une dizaine de feuilles de menthe fraîche ciselées
  • 4 cs d’huile d’olive
  • fleur de sel

Marche à suivre

  1. Découper les figues et la mozarella en lamelles. Les déposer ensuite dans un plat légèrement creux en alternance.
  2. Mélanger le citron, l’ail et l’huile d’olive et verser ce mélange sur les figues et la mozzarella. Saler.
