Tiramisu aux fraises ou comment mettre en scène le fruit vedette saisonnier!

Spéciale dédicace pour Katia, une de nos fidèles lectrices, avec la recette de ce tiramisu aux fraises que j’ai mise au point ces dernières semaines. Comme j’adore surtout le mascarpone dans un tiramisu classique, plus que les biscuits à la cuillère imbibés, l’accent est plutôt mis sur cet ingrédient onctueux… A vous d’ajouter plus de biscuits si vous trouvez que ma recette s’éloigne trop du traditionnel tiramisu!

Recette pour 4 verrines ou un petit plat à gratin (4 personnes)

Ingrédients

  • 220 g de mascarpone
  • 2 oeufs
  • 80 g de sucre
  • 200 g de fraises coupées en 4
  • 8 biscuits à la cuillère
  • 2 cl de liqueur de cassis ou framboise*
  • 2 cl d’eau
  • 1 cs de cacao en poudre

Marche à suivre

  1. Battre le sucre avec les jaunes d’oeufs dans un grand bol jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse. Ajouter le mascarpone et mélanger vivement.
  2. Monter les blancs en neige dans un autre bol et les incorporer très délicatement à la préparation.
  3. Mélanger la liqueur avec l’eau dans une assiette à soupe. Imbiber les biscuits dans ce mélange.
  4. Déposer les biscuits imbibés dans des verres ou un plat. Verser dessus la moitié de la préparation, ajouter les fraises puis le reste du mélange.
  5. Saupoudrer le tout de cacao et réserver 4h au frigo avant de déguster… les yeux fermés!

* Pour les personnes ne souhaitant pas réaliser un dessert avec de la liqueur, on peut la remplacer par du thé noir.

    @ Katia: je ne sais pas si cela est dû aux blancs que tu n’aurais pas assez montés, à la nécessité de laisser le tiramisu au froid pendant 4 heures ou à notre idée de la “fermeté”…? Personnellement, je ne suis pas ultra fan des tiramisu super fermes, donc j’ai fait en sorte que le dessus soit assez onctueux… Je ne peux pas vraiment t’en dire plus :-(
