Ces brochettes ne sont en fait que la variante estivale du délicieux filet mignon aux pruneaux et au lard…. donc rien de nouveau. Mais il fallait y penser ! Et c’est Mélanie qui a eu l’idée de transformer ce petit plat mijoté du terroir en un hit de l’été ! Goûté chez eux l’été passé et refait hier pour vous, chers lecteurs, miam, je vous préviens, c’est de la tuerie !!! A vos BBQ…

Brochettes pour 2-3 personnesBrochettes filet mignon aux pruneaux et au lard

Ingrédients

  • un filet mignon de porc d’env. 400g
  • 6 tranches de bacon
  • 12 pruneaux dénoyautés
  • 2cs de moutarde gros grains
  • poivre
  • 3 pics à brochettes

Marche à suivre

  1. Faire tremper les pics en bois dans de l’eau.
  2. Couper le filet mignon en tranches d’env. 2 cm.
  3. Couper les tranches de bacon en 2 et enrober chaque pruneau d’une demi tranche de bacon.
  4. Piquer la viande sur les brochettes en alternant avec les pruneaux bardés au lard.
  5. Tartiner les brochettes de moutarde, poivrer.
  6. Faire cuire env. 15 min au BBQ

J’ai accompagné la viande de brochettes courgette-champignon (sel, poivre, huile d’olive, thym et origan) et de pommes de terre vapeur. Simple mais parfait.
