Elle se prépare en quelque sorte avec les fonds de placard. Ca tombe bien, car après les fêtes, nos porte-monnaie ont en grandement besoin!

Recettes pour 4 personnes

Ingrédients

  • 1 oignon finement hâché
  • 1 céleri coupé en dés
  • 2 carottes coupées en rondelles
  • 4 pommes de terre coupés en dés
  • 200 g de lentilles brunes
  • env. 4 dl de bouillon de légumes
  • 1 dl de vin blanc de table
  • quelques brins de thym
  • 1 cs d’huile d’olive pour la cuisson
  • Sel et poivre

Les porte-monnaie plus garnis complèteront la liste avec

  • 500 g de poitrine de porc fumée
  • 8 saucisses de Vienne

qui seront cuites selon les indications respectives pour chaque produit et ajoutées en fin de cuisson à la potée pour lui donner d’avantage de goût.

Marche à suivre

  1. Chauffer l’huile dans une cocotte en fonte ou une casserole à fond épais et y faire revenir l’oignon. Déglacer ensuite avec le vin blanc.
  2. Ajouter les lentilles et le bouillon puis laisser mijoter env. 15 min à feux doux et à couvert.
